This luxurious custom-designed chalet is perfect for the whole family and friends to enjoy all that beautiful Ellicottville has to offer!
In the winter months you have slope views, and in the summer you feel tucked away from it all even though you're right across the street from HoliMont & only 1.5 miles from the village! Ideal location for those wanting to be close to skiing and the downtown without the crowds of either.
This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet is very spacious (3,717 sf) and the open floor plan creates for the perfect setting to kick back and enjoy each other's company after a day on the slopes skiing or hiking.
The great room has a magnificent wood-burning stone fireplace walking out to a wraparound deck. The gourmet chef's kitchen is very well equipped for home cooked meals. Offering great privacy is the large primary master bedroom and ensuite located at the opposite end of the main floor, and on the lower level is a gas fireplace in the family area, two full baths with marble countertops, four bedrooms, and laundry room. Above the garage is the 6th bedroom.
Bring your (fur)babies: pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and dog crate provided. Up to 2 pet (cats or dogs) are welcome, but please include them at the time of booking as there is a pet fee. See our 'House Rules' for dog breeds we're not able to accommodate.

Summary: Our whole group enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. The view of the slopes was perfect. Quick drive to town. Parking was good. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and hiking. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had an incredible stay at this beautiful chalet! It was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for our entire family—me, my wife, our two boys, my parents, and my sister. The master bedroom off the stunning living room was ideal for my mom, who can find stairs physically challenging.The real fireplace upstairs created an amazing atmosphere, especially with the snow falling outside—it truly felt like a winter retreat. Our kids LOVED the bunk beds, which were absolutely perfect for them. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy to cook and entertain for a large group.The owners were incredibly responsive, promptly answering any questions both before and during our stay. We had a perfect week of skiing, and the chalet provided an equally perfect setting to relax and enjoy quality family time.We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Summary: We hosted three families at the house and had plenty of room for everyone! The host was easy to reach and helpful in multiple situations. We cooked at the house over the holiday and noticed that this kitchen was fully stocked with spices and supplies, above all other rentals we’ve used in the past. Beautiful views from the house and a great experience.

Summary: My husband and I plus 4 other couples had the most fun this weekend. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need, to a fully stocked kitchen,firewood,games,linens and more. The street is quiet and has amazing views. Just a two minute drive into town if you want to explore the many restaurants,bars, and quaint shops.

Summary: Beautiful, secluded house near Holimont ski resort. Outdoor fire pit was a hit with everyone. Very comfortable sleeping pattern with most rooms having queen beds. The bunk bedroom was great for children and their parents. Would love to return during ski season to use the beautiful fireplaces in the cozy living spaces.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well equipped and perfectly located for our ski weekend at Holimont. The beds are the most comfortable we have encountered in a short term rental. The kitchen is modern and easy to work in and there was more than enough room for our group of 10 adults and two kids. Would definitely rent this one again.
